Over the past few years Windmill Contractors around the country have been gathering together. Faced with the threat of Occupation Health and Safety, as well as competition from other forms of rural water pumping, contractors are uniting to tackle the issues affecting their livelihood.

The outcome of this coming together is that likeminded business people are finding support from one another. Windmill Contractors are talking to one another, building a better industry, building better businesses, and tackling issues that could not be handled by any individual.

The Windmill is probably one of Australia's oldest products. Today, through the Australian Windmill Contractors Association there is a resurgence of this wonderful Icon.
